Asphalt can be a low cost alternative to concrete and a logical economical for long rural drives. It can be up to 60% less expensive. It is also faster to install, which reduces labor costs. With a good maintenance program, asphalt can look great even in our harsh climate year after year.

Strength
There are times when a rigid surface is not the best solution. Asphalt can retain some flexibility and is less susceptible to sudden impacts and drastic temperature changes which keeps reduce the cracking that you often see in concrete.

Better in Winter
During the winter months, many of us salt walkways and drives. Asphalt is not affected by salt that can cause deterioration. Due to the dark color, ice and snow melts faster.
